fix(scripts): open orbit urls in lens first

Summary

• Make Orbit URL pills open the generated service URL in Lens by default.
• Keep external browser opening as a secondary icon action and preserve copy URL.
• Add focused tests for Lens-priority navigation, fallback behavior, and small viewport layout.
