Added GPIO, PINMAP and other related HAL Files to the project Implemented GPIO and PINMAP HAL APIs Modified existing code to call the HAL APIs instead of Driver APIs Note: CHIP_SYSCON APIs are not abstracted as part of this commit since mbed HAL does not have corresponding APIs.
