Description
- add an activity for creating alerts
- add a page to home to see alerts
- keep each alert state in prefs?
Alert types
- total price for a currency
- price percentage change since a certain time (ability to set/reset mark)
- CUR changes every xxx BASECUR
- change in value of account by %
- alert when an open trade is completed (i.e. the price has matched)

alert features
- configure alert (notification/sound/email/ widget?)
- max alert frequency (e.g. 1/hr)
- collect alert into a summary displayed and a notification or widget
- can have a recycler view where rows are different layout for different alert types
