Snakemake Framework Exome Pipeline

Pipeline built with Snakemake framework for processing NextGen Exome Sequencing data. Pipeline consists of multiple QC stats, Mapping algorithms, SNVs and callers . It also enables annotation of genomic alterations with multiple online databases using snpEff , Annovar and In-house tool.
