The pull request adds a plot subcommand to sequence that plots the stratigraphy stored in the netcdf output file of sequence. To create a plot from the netcdf file sequence.nc,
Plotting options are set in a sequence.toml configuration file or on the command line using the
--setoption. Use--helpfor a brief help message.
