cc1.exeoutput is byte-identical to the 0.17 Linuxcc1for all 289 of rood-reverse's C sources. Until then they're in this release, with sources.mkpsxiso-2.30-win64.zip,xdelta3-3.2.2-windows-x86_64.zip), wherepsxiso.mk/xdelta.mkfetch the Linux ones.tools/python/Scripts/python.exe(soVPYTHONchanges).cpp | vsStringTransformer | cc1. Asitecustomize.pyin the venv doingsys.stdout.reconfigure(newline="\n")fixes it.FIXUPrunsxdelta3 -dfans $@ ... $@, patching a file in place, which Windows refuses. Writing to a temporary file and moving it over works. Also, makeexports a command-lineXDELTA=...override, and xdelta3 reads$XDELTAas extra options, so the override needs a different variable name or anunset. The builder-side versions of all this are in pc/windows_builder (
files/build-native.sh,files/native-helpers/). The build ran on Windows 11 with MSYS2 (GCC 16.2, make 4.4.1).All reactions
