How would you like the problem to be solved?

Can you make your main window somethat bigger? It does not have to be as place-wasting as such UWP apps today but currently the entrys are very crowded. As orientation I think the size of "WinAuth" was good (knowing that it was not dpiaware, yours is) but maybe you could scale it a bit and give the window a little more space...

What alternatives have you considered?

continue to using WinAuth (I typed just something in here to get the form filled)

As an example, you can try the new version 1.1.9603.
It would also be very helpful if you could provide your screen resolution and scaling factor so we can check how it looks on your computer.

My PC has 3440x1440 resolution and is always scaled to 150 percent.
But you maybe better not take my PC resolution or scale factor as reference, cause its not standard - that would be 1920x1080 with 100% scaling.

I mean, "Authenticator" main window is smaller than the calculator of Windows 7...

Just a note: I would strongly recommend that main menus should have at least the same size as submenu windows (here when you add a new auth entry) or bigger. Otherwise it seems a little bit odd.

In comparison WinAuth looks like this, approximately 680x850 pixel (that would be absolutely fine, it has just the right size for me):

If you go for the gold standard, you should offer the user an ability to set the design size (not specifically the X or Y axis but to select from several sizes like "small", "normal", "large" or something like that).

Thank you sooo much: The "Big size" is now at least readable by me without getting my eyes to close to the screen.

BTW: I just noticed, you cannot minimize the app at free will, maybe you want to add this.
