not working with Serilog.Sinks.PeriodicBatching 3.0.0 #470
Description
Have updated packages from NuGet and start testing my system, I've got this error
Could not load type 'Serilog.Sinks.Elasticsearch.ElasticsearchSink' from assembly 'Serilog.Sinks.Elasticsearch, Version=8.4.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=24c2f752a8e58a10' because the parent type is sealed.
Have investigated what happen and found this commit in PeriodicBatchingSink class - now it's sealed!

I had have to downgrade Serilog.Sinks.PeriodicBatching to 2.3.1
