Include common php extensions needed by Wordpress

Include things like mysqli, imagick, and such in the php images

Wordpress is byfar the most used php software. And I'm willing to be that the majority of people using serversideup are using it with wordpress. You already have pdo installed but why not mysqli? Wordpress does not support pdo. So every person using serversideup has to do the extra install step with installing mysqli.

Preinstall common required wordpress extensions

Shorten and simplify build time for majority of users since they do not need to add a custom dockerfile with buildstep.
