Problem

  • fpm-apache and fpm-nginx take about 10 seconds to stop with docker stop

Fixes

What this PR does

  • Set STOPSIGNAL to SIGTERM in fpm-apache
  • Set STOPSIGNAL to SIGTERM in fpm-nginx
