A REST API replacing the SOAP API #838
Description
Currently OSCM functionality is accessible through a SOAP API.
To integrate easier OSCM functionality in cloud native environments, expose OSCM functionality as a RESTful API.
This OSCM REST API must cover core functionality for managing users, organizations, services and subscriptions.
