Servo for macOS is not signed

Describe the bug:
The Servo 0.0.1 releases for aarch64-apple-darwin and x86_64-apple-darwin are not signed.

To Reproduce:

1. Download Servo 0.0.1 for aarch64-apple-darwin or x86_64-apple-darwin onto a computer with Apple silicon running macOS that hasn't had Servo run on it yet.

2. Open the downloaded disk image.

3. Drag the Servo app to Applications.

4. Run Servo.

5. Note that macOS gives the following dialog box:

   "Servo.app" Not Opened

   Apple could not verify "Servo.app" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.

Thanks for report. We are aware. Unfortunately as an open source project with no clear single owner setting up an Apple Developer account is a non-trivial exercise (but one that we are looking into).
