s-gw 0.1.0

First preview release of s-gw, local credential control for AI coding agents.

Preview Notes

The macOS DMG is ad-hoc signed and is not Apple-notarized, so macOS may require an explicit confirmation before opening it. The Windows package is unsigned preview software and has not completed the full Windows compatibility matrix. Verify downloads against SHA256SUMS.txt before installation.
