Protobuf Package Missing Build File

When attempting to train a model, it prompts with the following error message.

[ImportError: cannot import name 'builder' from 'google.protobuf.internal'](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71759248/importerror-cannot-import-name-builder-from-google-protobuf-internal)

This can be fixed with changing protobuf to version 3.19.4 and adding the build file into the package as described in the following link.

I ran into this error on two different devices and it would be helpful to add this to the docs.

Adding onto this issue, after installing the correct protobuf package, this issue appears.

It would also be helpful to add to the docs to change the version of keras as shown.
