Misc bug fixing

This release includes a fix for using the idle timer without using the ascension timer.

Astraea Gilding

Minor release to fix an issue where Astraea would never get leveled up even if she had all the gilds. If you do not have gilds on Astraea then you do not need to upgrade to this version.

Idle Mode

The program now supports idle mode. You can enter a number of minutes after ascension when the program should not click at all but it will still upgrade heroes.

Fix for moved gild button

This release avoids clicking on the gilded button now that it has been moved.

Lots of small tweaks to make it more efficient.

Heroic Clicker 3.2

Added an option to automatically keep clicker heroes on top of other windows.
Note: it will only move to the top when necessary so you can still use the computer if needed.
