add encryption and use in place of ip config if possible

Haven't thought too much about security just yet, but it's time since my Redis db was accessed from a Chinese IP the other day.

Looks like there are a few approaches to security in ZMQ, but the best option is CurveZMQ and the "Ironhouse" pattern.
