Add Pashto and Dari months names for Hijri date

Description

I want to add afghan months names for hijri-date which now uses persian months names only, Afghanistan uses the same calender as Iran use but uses different names in Dari and Pashto languages, so I want add Pashto and Dari months names for hijri-date for afghan developers to use, so I kindly request you to give permission to contribute to shadcn by adding this gap
