[bug]: cannot unselect combobox options for the form example in docs

Describe the bug

For the combobox form example in the docs, after selecting an option, it's expected to unselect the option by clicking it again, but it doesn't work like this now.

1. Go to the form example at https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/combobox#form
2. Select English
3. Click English again, then nothing happens
