Since October 1st, I've had to change the port number frequently. This suggests it wasn't the IP address being blocked. I'm puzzled whether this issue affects just me or if it's more widespread. Do others in mainland experience this too? It's really frustrating to monitor hundreds of port numbers and switch whenever one stops working.

I personally don't have the same issue. Everything works fine. You may consider switch to another VPS provider.
