- Update default generated folder to cypress instead of spec/cypress
- Add a generator option to not install cypress (no longer need Document how to skip installing Cypress #70)
- generator by default does not include cypress only examples (closes Why does this gem create cypress examples? #48)
- default on local to run cypress in development mode (discussed in Why is cache_classes conditioned on environment variable? #73)
