Offline Mode?

Hey all, absolutely loving Whisper S2T.

I noticed that upon initialization, Whisper downloads a few files quickly. This can't be the full model, it's too quick.

If I disconnect my system from the internet, it still works as intended during runtime. But the initialization process hangs for some considerable time before giving up on downloading these files.

I want to use Whisper S2T entirely offline, and I can if I'm patient, but I'd like to disable whatever is causing this significant initial.
