The release pipeline merged the dependabot bumps for aiohttp 3.13.5 -> 3.14.0 and react-router 7.13.1 -> 7.15.0 just before the v0.3.2 tag, but the changelog [0.3.2] section was written before they landed. Adding a Security subsection mentioning both with links to the upstream release notes.
