This pull request significantly refactors and modernizes the test suite for the
AppLayoutcomponent, improving readability, maintainability, and reliability. The new tests leverage updated testing utilities, provide better isolation with setup/teardown hooks, and add more comprehensive checks for UI behavior under various environment configurations.
