3. Incorporate health facility data

Based on a user selected area of interest, we would like to download/obtain information on the available health facilities.
This would utilise Andy's afrimapR package.

Potential options (to discuss):

• Filter by facility type. Once all facilities within a spatial extent are downloaded, filter and retain "hospitals" for example. Would require a list of available facility types (i.e. clinics, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies). I presume this is something Andy has coded within afrimapR or it will be a simple subset/query on the downloaded data.
