[Tool] Interactive Windows (.bat) and Unix (.sh) Launchers for Sherlock

Hey everyone! 👋

For anyone who wants to quickly launch Sherlock with a simple double-click on Windows or a fast terminal menu on Linux/macOS without having to configure arguments or virtual environments manually, I created interactive launcher scripts:

• Windows (sherlock.bat): Double-click to search interactively (prompts for username and flags like --csv, --xlsx, --print-found, etc.) or pass CLI args directly.
• Linux/macOS (sherlock.sh): Same interactive menu & CLI passthrough with auto-detection of virtual environments.
