Material model

1. Adding cure dependent properties for the resin to account for the development of viscosity with time
2. Add energy equation to find the temperature distribution and effect of temperature on viscosity

Solver

1. Add 3-dimensional capabilities to the model
2. Couple C++ tools in FEniCS for better runtime

1. Add user handling capabilities to access and manage analyses
