Consider deprecating the Pedalpalooza-specific iCal feed #870
Description
Now that we have a year-round iCal feed (#797), we may not need the Pedalpalooza-specific one. This would simplify the user experience (no need to choose which feed) and reduce a bit of code complexity as well.
