MiMo-Code → Mio

本次发布将产品从 MiMo-Code 更名为 Mio(面向 MiMo 的原生桌面代码智能体),并启用新图标。Mio 是一个独立、由社区维护的 MiMo 模型家族客户端。

⚠️ 现有用户需手动重装一次

应用标识符已变更(io.github.shin4.mimo.* → io.github.shin4.mio.*)。macOS 与 Windows 会把它视为全新应用,自动更新不会从旧版升级过来——请从下方的资源里下载安装新版本。装好这一次之后,以后 Mio → Mio 的版本会正常自动更新。确认新版无误后可删除旧应用。

你的数据

• 会话、登录、全局配置会在首次启动时自动迁移——Mio 会从旧的数据位置搬过来。
• 桌面端偏好会重置(服务器地址、窗口状态、语言),需要重新设置一次。

主要变更

• 产品名、CLI(mio)、项目配置(.mio/ + mio.json)、环境变量(MIO_*)、深链(mio://)、应用标识符、应用图标——全部更名为 Mio。
• .mimo/ 与 mimo.json 仍作为只读 legacy 读取。
• MiMo 模型/平台保持不变——Mio 是它的客户端。

与小米公司(Xiaomi Inc.)无附属、赞助或背书关系。部分代码衍生自 opencode(MIT)。

MiMo-Code → Mio (English)

This release renames the product from MiMo-Code to Mio (Desktop Agent for MiMo) and ships a new icon. Mio is an independent, community-maintained client for the MiMo model family.

⚠️ Existing users must reinstall once

The application identity changed (io.github.shin4.mimo.* → io.github.shin4.mio.*). macOS and Windows treat this as a new app, so auto-update will not carry your old install forward — please download and install the new build from the assets below. After this one-time reinstall, future Mio → Mio releases auto-update normally. You can remove the old app once you've confirmed the new one works.

Your data

• Sessions, login, and global config carry over automatically on first launch — Mio migrates them from the previous data location.
• Desktop preferences reset (server URL, window state, language) — you'll set these once.

What changed

• Product name, CLI (mio), project config (.mio/ + mio.json), environment variables (MIO_*), deep links (mio://), app identifier, and the app icon — all renamed to Mio.
• .mimo/ and mimo.json are still read as legacy (read-only).
• The MiMo model/platform is unchanged — Mio is a client for it.
