Removed in 1.1.1: degrading tools are charged as ordinary gross inputs; mixed-durability stock remains unusable on 1.12 in every system. Feature pages replace the durability section with the removal note; Architecture reflects the degraded compilation; Home/Testing drop the stale claims and refresh the counts (262 tests, 37/37 reference, 38/38 boundary, VmSemantics family 13).
