Add Architecture, Security Model, Plugin Format, and FAQ pages Mirrors content that already exists in the repo — docs/architecture.md, SECURITY.md, the plugin-loading doc comments in npm/src/plugins.ts, and questions that actually came up while building this — reorganized as wiki-appropriate reference pages rather than pasted as a dev log.
