Changes

  • Update min golang version to v1.23.0
  • Update k8s.io/* to v0.30.9 (and equivalents)
  • Update tektoncd/operator to v0.75.0
  • Update CI to test against k8s 1.32.z

Release Notes

action required: Updated golang version to v1.23.x, tektoncd/operator to v0.75.0. Minimum validated k8s is v1.32.0, Tekton Pipelines v0.68.0.

- Update min golang version to v1.23.0
- Update k8s.io/* to v0.30.9 (and equivalents)
- Update tektoncd/operator to v0.75.0
- Update CI to test against k8s 1.32.z
