Allow to display a label on <wa-divider>

In some situations it would be helpful to display something like this:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Etiam 
viverra imperdiet ipsum ut tincidunt.
------------------------------ OR ------------------------------
Proin eu mi et purus vulputate malesuada ac eu nunc. Vestibulum 
cursus nibh id vehicula scelerisque.

The <wa-divider> would be a very good candidate for this. A natural way this could be used would be:

<wa-divider>OR</wa-divider>

A label could by default be centered and have the same color as the divider itself. The text would go into the default slot.

Potential useful properties might be the alignment of the label – left (with offset), center, right (with offset) – and the orientation. For horizontal dividers the orientation would not be so relevant, but for vertical dividers it might be. But for me personally an orientation along the divider direction would be sufficient.
