feat: add storefront watcher selection and options handling#1000

Adds --sales-channel to project storefront-watch (omit the flag for legacy behavior, pass it alone for a TUI picker, or pass an ID to target directly) and an in-devtui picker when starting the storefront watcher from the dashboard. theme:dump is then invoked with the selected theme + domain so the right storefront gets dumped. Threads admin API access through the executor (AdminAPIClient) so SHOPWARE_CLI_API_* env vars and per-environment admin_api blocks in .shopware-project.yml both work. Splits the devtui valuePicker into a shared listPicker (with filter + windowing) and textPicker so any future picker — including the sales-channel one — gets search for free.
