Release for second round of reviews of the paper

This is an updated release of the repo after the second round of comments from the RSI reviewers.
It is possible that the files in used for figure 3 are not exactly those presented in the figure for which the rawest of raw data was lost. However, some almost identical simulation, with even more points computed are provided along with the pre-processed files that contain the data that is presented in the figure.
