Fixes some things:

• 3.3k pull ups on SCL and SDA
• improved snubber caps for less ringing on the switch node
• pull down on the ASIC reset (there is one in the TXU level shifter but it has >1M resistence)
• improved track between CSD chips and inductors with vias and 4 layers
• switched most X5R caps to X7R caps for better temperature stability
• all parts now in the eeschama BOM

Changes untested, they should work but you never know^^
