Option for deterministic output

I seemed to get wildly diffrent outputs, running the same or nearly the same image.
Im guessing this is up to the k-means being non deterministic.

Would a way to specify a set seed to the k-means inital points make sense?

Everything random is initialised from a static seed per-call, see here

Ok. I should probably have looked at the source first to check.
Not at the same computer atm but was testing on frames sampeled from some video, and found that black background with coloured text had some instabilities with the output.
