Add an option to not generate invisible static meshes. #21

Right now we always generate geometry and if it is invisible, we flag it as such. For big data sets this can get problematic. An idea would be to add an option to skip generation of such meshes. There are of course cases when we still will need to generate invisible meshes (for example when they are used for instancing).
