Demo seems to be broken

Hi there! I'm looking for projects to base a semantic layer on. Sidemantic looks very close to what we need. I've tried running the demo but have stumbled on a few issues:

1. Missing dependencies when trying to launch the demo through uvx.
2. Starter query seems to be outdated and references a nonexisting column (or perhaps even a table).
