This is a big change for managing the docs.json. There is a docs-gen go utility that will now read the yaml configuration files and combine them into a docs.json file for us. Signed-off-by: Justin Garrison <justin.garrison@siderolabs.com>

This is a big change for managing the docs.json. There is a docs-gen go utility that will now read the yaml configuration files and combine them into a docs.json file for us.
I also committed the CLAUDE.md file for context since it generated most of the go code and tests.
I may have missed a couple of our pages in the yaml files but I'm not too worried about it since we're still restructuring a few of the folders and images.
