Remove infra from MPC repo

@auto-mausx I've realized that our load tests (both CI and script) are also a part of this repo.
Ideally, we should remove them as well, but now one of the triggers for load tests is a merge of the PR on MPC repo.
I'm ok with keeping it here, if it is hard to setup on another repo.

Ah yeah, we should leave the load test files here, I don't really think we can move it due to the CI workflow running in this repo.

I think we should wait on this until after this next mainnet release, I'd like to run the beta program partners on the new repo, then after release slowly get others on there. I just don't want to add more confusion for certain partners that aren't as responsive.
