Buffs

Buffs affect the strength of a plant

• When a plant is being 'buffed' its strength increases every turn maxing out at max-strength
• When a plant is being 'debuffed' its strength decreases every turn without going under min-strength
• When a plant is not being buffed/debuffed its strength moves towards its base-strength

When a plant is in a toxic pool, it gets a buff.

• The Titan can cause a debuff on enemy plants.
• The Soaker can give a buff to allied plants.

Buffs are applied at the beginning of the plant's owner's turn
