[Electron] About box is empty

Bug description

The "About Signal Desktop" window is empty, no text, just a blue background (see screenshot).

Steps to reproduce

• "Help" -> "About Signal Desktop"

Actual result: About box is empty.
Expected result: About box should show Signal logo and version information (at least that's what I think it should when looking at about.html).

#1564 probably fixes the bug, so I'm closing the issue for now.
