This was the only change that needed to be done to make our fixed dependencies and supported modules lists up to date.

Updates references to renamed API according to the "Many renamed classes" and "Changes to some extension hook names" sections of the changelog.
Also removes the
Limitable,Filterable, andSortableinterfaces from the renamed classes list, since those were removed after being renamed.Issue
