`-R` doing `git push` is problematic

-R needs to do a git push to be able to associate release with tag. So far the tool has not pushed and left the push to the user, but -R needs it and can not work without.

Should document this and maybe consider always pushing because it's the most logical action after a release.

Or maybe we can find a solution that does not require a push with -R, but needs to check if the forge can correctly associate the tag with the release if the tag is pushed after the release.
