Add feedback after form submission

For example, after submitting a debt, we have no idea if the operation was successful. We would need a message like "Your debt has been successfully recorded, a message will be sent to x@y.com asking him/her to confirm the debt. The message should also indicate if a failure happened (contact your administrator kind of message).

There might be other forms where this would be useful.

I suggest we do not however mention the other user's email since this is confidential, just like his/her setting of receiving alerts. Maybe just "John Smith will be asked to validate/invalidate the debt."
