It suddenly started working again, and I saw in the news that Microsoft had some known issues, so I am going to HOPE that it was something that was wrong on the Microsoft hotmail server side even though what I was seeing wasn't the same. I'll leave this up just in case it becomes an issue again in the future. |

I have been using this Oauth2 proxy for quite some time to access my hotmail accounts on my obsolete Outlook 2013. It has been working perfectly, but today suddenly stopped functioning. But only for SOME of my hotmail accounts. Which is odd! (
I am getting the following error in Outlook 2013: "
Task 'insertemailaddresshere@hotmail.com Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password.'
Since it is still using the OAuth Proxy, I am not sure why the password would be bad.
And it was asking me for the password over and over again.
I noticed that the last authenticated activity on the accounts that were not working are 14 hours ago, while the ones that are working are only a few seconds or minutes ago.
I ended up using a new password in Outlook which forced Oauth to ask me to reauthenticate. I had hopes that it would fix things, but no success. It did reauthenticate, but would not pull in the email afterwards and went back to requesting a password over and over, and requesting reauthentication just about every time too.
and now I get this error as well:

Where should I go to start troubleshooting this? Is there a way to just selectively wipe part of the config to fix?
