Replace exponential transforms with sinh for predicted care hours (informal, formal, and provided) to compute informalHours, careHrsFormalWeek, and careHrsProvidedWeek. Increase the Innovations draw buffer from 37 to 38 and move the provideCare draw index from 13 to 37 so the new random slot is used.
