consider channel_nomenclature decorator #316
Description
It may be useful to have a decorator that maps input xarrays keyed by arbitrary channel nomenclature to standard ex, ey, hx, hy, hz then maps back after the function executes.
this would go in aurora/timeseries/decorators.py for now.
Specifically, not having this blocks #119 coherence sorting
