Multiple yank reasons are squashed together in project list

With simple-repository/simple-repository#41 in place, the browser correctly shows different reasons for different files in the project files page.
However, in the project list there's a single yank tag per project. With the hover, the popup shows "Reason 1Reason 2" tooltip without clear visual separation that those are separate messages.

I was expecting that it would be a full-stop separated string, given
