* Add static numa tomplogy for openshift depoyment and fix memory * updated job to support cpu topology on normal k8s * Keep core isoaltion logic beside the cpu topology * Fix passing the RESERVED_SYSTEM_CPUS * remove old cpu_manager_state * remove old cpu_manager_state * move fluent as standalone pod * updated script to loop throught rendered yaml file * updated fluentd pod name * Redistribute core allocation for static cpu topology deployment * moved line inside docker mode condition * Fix read_allowed_list * Fix core distribution --------- Co-authored-by: geoffrey1330 <israelgeoffrey13@gmail.com>
